EU Authorised Representative Service for Non-EU Sellers | AuraDPP
AuraDPP provides an official EU Authorised Representative (EU AR) service for non-EU manufacturers and sellers under GPSR (EU 2023/988) and ESPR (EU 2024/1781). Our registered EU address in Bratislava, Slovakia appears on your Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify listings as required by EU law. Setup within 24 hours.
Who Needs an EU Authorised Representative?
Any non-EU manufacturer or seller placing physical products on the EU market must appoint an EU Authorised Representative. This applies to sellers on Amazon EU (amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it, amazon.es, amazon.nl), Etsy, Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, and all other platforms. The requirement has been in force since December 13, 2024 under GPSR. Non-compliance results in listing deactivation and potential fines up to €500,000.
What Does the EU AR Service Include?
AuraDPP's EU Authorised Representative service includes: (1) official mandate agreement naming LIMASE s.r.o. as your EU AR; (2) registered EU address for product labelling and marketplace listings; (3) handling of EU market surveillance authority communications; (4) Safety Gate incident reporting; (5) technical documentation retention for 10 years; (6) Digital Product Passport creation included in Professional plan.
