EU Authorized Representative Pricing

EU AR plans are risk-based and priced by product category and SKU count. All plans include: official EU AR mandate agreement, registered EU address (Bratislava, Slovakia), Safety Gate monitoring, market surveillance authority response, and digital certificate with QR label.

What Is Included in Every EU AR Plan?

Every AuraDPP EU AR plan includes the official mandate agreement naming LIMASE s.r.o. (Bratislava, Slovakia) as your EU Authorized Representative, a registered EU address for product labelling and marketplace listings, handling of EU market surveillance authority communications, Safety Gate incident reporting, and technical documentation retention for 10 years as required by GPSR Article 9. The EU AR address is accepted by Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and all major EU marketplaces.

DPP is currently mandatory only for batteries (from February 18, 2027 under Regulation EU 2023/1542) and is expected to expand to other product categories under ESPR. AuraDPP provides both services in one platform for sellers who need both.
