EU Authorized Representative Mandate Agreement

This Mandate Agreement governs the EU Authorized Representative (EU AR) service provided by Limase s.r.o. (trading as AuraDPP), established in Bratislava, Slovak Republic (European Union), acting as EU Authorized Representative and GPSR Responsible Person for non-EU sellers placing products on the EU market.

What is an EU AR Mandate?

An EU AR Mandate is a written agreement between a non-EU manufacturer or seller and an EU-established entity (the EU Authorized Representative). Under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) and various EU product directives, non-EU sellers must designate an EU AR whose name and address appears on product labels and marketplace listings. The mandate defines the scope of the EU AR's authority and the obligations of both parties.
